Behind the Mayor’s House, a gate leads to the Gamekeeper’s Cottage, inspired by the cottage that Lady Chatterley’s lover occupied. This is one of the coziest cottages in the place, featuring a loft bedroom and stone fireplace.
The main level has an elegant, yet rustic, living room with a large wood-burning fireplace and a spacious, double vanity bathroom – complete with a walk in shower and a deep soaking tub. The upstairs, loft style master bedroom features a king size bed, half bath, and a private balcony.
A tiny pavilion frames the magnificent view of the meadow and mountains beyond, creating a serene and meditative spot for sunset watching—or relaxing in the secluded cedar hot tub.
