Yeni Tineo

Born in the Dominican Republic, Yeni started her career as an HR administrative assistant at the Renaissance Jaragua Hotel & Casino in Santo Domingo where she continued her career development as Payroll Specialist, Recruitment specialist, Training Manager and then Human Resources Manager. She has a 29-year background in Human Resources working for various brands from the Marriott Hotels International portfolio in Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Miami, and Texas. In 2013 she was promoted to Director of Human Resources for the Miami Marriott Airport Hotel. Then in 2019, she was promoted to Director of Human Resources for the Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel & Conference Center in Georgetown, TX.

She loves nature and being outdoors and is also an avid runner. Her type of fun is to run half marathons.

She joined our team in December 2023. Adding the luxury segment to her background has been a professional goal for a long time, and doing so under chef Patrick O’Connell and the wonderful team at the Inn has made the experience better than imagined.
